At Devnix, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy details below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 to 14 business days across India.
Express Shipping (if applicable): Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping may apply on orders exceeding specified promotional thresholds.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp (+91 9332316302).
You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in the confirmation message.

4. Wrong Address & Undelivered Packages

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are entered correctly at checkout.
Devnix is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

5. Damaged Packages in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please inspect the contents before signing or accepting the delivery.
Contact us within 24 to 48 hours with photos/videos of the damaged outer packaging and product so we can assist you with a replacement.
