Devnix – Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories, user manuals, and tags included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation number is required to process any return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as "Final Sale", "Non-Returnable", or purchased during clearance sales.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or liquid exposure after delivery.

  • Software, digital downloads, or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., in-ear headphones with broken seals).

3. Return & Replacement Process

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order ID, a brief explanation for the return, and clear photos/videos showing the issue or condition of the item.

  3. Approval & Shipping: Once approved, our team will share instructions for pickup or the shipping address where you can dispatch the item.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective item sent from our end.
